“Halfway into the album I’m feeling the emotion, in the best way possible. For a one man music project, Social Repose packs a serious punch. As far as Giese’s place in modern day music, he’s found quite a cozy spot.” – Cat Edwards (Shockwave Magazine).
“With big electronic beats that have a great but subtle groove, Social Repose does have an interesting way with melodies creating big beats and acoustic sound creations…” – Thinking Lyrically.

“Atmospheric poetry. A winding vocal delivery fueled with optimistic messages that have to fight to become positive at all, Run Wild, Stay Alive continues the group’s efforts at remaining a unique force in the industry.” – Sean Gonzalez (New Noise Magazine).
“He writes of frustration, fear, letting go of control, letting go of someone you love, finding the thankfulness to have been a part of that journey, realizing change begins with us.” – Sarah Dos Santos (HM Magazine).
