GORGATRON is a Death Metal band based out of Fargo North Dakota. The band's most recently-released album is "Pathogenic Automation" on Blood Blast Distribution.

Gorgatron's sound is based on a "love of the riff" approach to writing, rooted in the old school stylings of Death Metal + Thrash. For fans of Suffocation, Morbid Angel, Necrophagist, Hate Eternal, Sepultura, Megadeth, Skinless, Nile, Slayer, Municipal Waste, Origin, etc.

The band started to come together in 2006, releasing their first album "Torturtorium " in 2010.
Gorgatron has played many fests in the US including Las Vegas Death Fest, Philadelphia Infest, Manitoba Metal Fest, Slam Dakota Metal Fest, Topeka Metal Fest, Spring Bash Milwaukee, and has shared the stage with many notable bands, including Testament, Anthrax, Black Dahlia Murder, Skeletonwitch, Goatwhore, Pathology, Machine Head, Gorgasm, Mortician, and many more.
