FAQs

Warehouse Alliance Inc bases its Covid policy on the La Crosse School District. At this time, we do not require vaccine cards or masks. Masks are always recommended, but the decision to wear them shall be up to the concertgoer. Please check this site for continuing updates per show. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS POLICY BASED ON SCHOOL DISTRICT POLICY CHANGES AND/OR INDIVIDUAL BAND REQUIREMENTS.
-
No it is not. It IS recommended by the La Crosse County Health Dept.
-
You can guarantee yourself and your friends a spot at the show by buying advance tickets at Showclix
-
Not reserved seating, but we do have seating throughout the Main concert room, and throughout all the other rooms in the Warehouse. The main concert room has barstools, church pews around the perimeter, and a seating deck for a better view. Also, a large open floor.
-
Until we can find locally reputable businesses to partner with to sell advance tickets to Warehouse shows, advance ticketing will only be available online at Showclix.
-
No, we keep a Master List of ticket buyers for each show at the box office/cashier. When you arrive, we stamp you and check your name off the list. No tickets to lose!
-
Currently, bring your Vax card and ID as stated above. Your ID will be matched with the ticket purchasing name.If you want to print out your purchase order and bring that along, this helps. But the main thing we need is an ID showing you are the person who purchased the tickets (and currently, that vax card!).
-
Please send an email to booking@warehouserocks.com following your purchase and tell us about the situation.
-
NO! Only buy tickets through the links on our website. There are pirate sites out there!
-
No, you do not. It’s just a good way to guarantee that you can go to the show.
-
That information will be posted on all of our social media, as well as on this site.
If you are driving from any substantial distance to see a show, it is ALWAYS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you buy tickets in advance and not risk being turned away at the door. Shows you think won't sell out might sell out because the two openers on the bill you have not heard of are brand new local bands and all of their friends pack the place. Don't drive and risk it, without a ticket.
-
If the show does not sell out in advance, tickets will be available online until one half hour before the show. After that, remaining tickets will be sold when the doors open for the event at a time posted in all of our social media and on the show poster.
Please note: at 12:01am on the day of the show, if ticket prices are set to go up that day, they will go up to the “at the door” price, on the online ticketing as well. -
No, you are not. We don't do Guest Lists. We are a small venue and every ticket counts. Sorry if you were misled by any band members.
-
We strongly advise against bringing any children under 6 to a show. We do concerts. It’s loud. It can be very traumatic for young children to feel the bass or to see singers screaming, drummers bashing away on their drumkit, etc. If you absolutely positively have to bring a child (over 4) to the show, bring some type of substantial ear protection. And we will be watching to make sure you monitor your child and guarantee that ear protection is in use. We want that kid to love music and be able to hear it for their whole life.

No, the Warehouse is an 1888 historic building that was not designed with an elevator. If some very generous benefactor wants to make a substantial tax-deductible donation, then it could happen.
-
Doors generally open 30-45 minutes before showtime, but that can vary from 15 minutes to 60 minutes. Sometimes doors have to open later than posted, because a band(s) shows up late, or some technical ghost in the machine delays things inadvertently.
Please like to show up before music starts so they can have first chance at the tour merchandise that bands are selling. -

Under no circumstances can you smoke or vape anywhere in the building. Ever. This includes public and band areas.
-
No there is not. Most bands can take cash or cards at their merch tables, as we can at our soda bar.
-
No kitchen at the Warehouse, but there is plenty of food within the surrounding blocks. Chinese, American, Cajun, Pizza, Mexican, and many many more fares are within a block or two. And we stamp for re-entry.
-
Yes we stamp hands for re-entry. This helps bands, because you can buy their merch right when you come in, and then take it back to your car so you do not have to carry it around during the show. It also allows you to go outside to get some fresh air, find a quick bite, etc.
-
We are at 328 Pearl St, on the corner of 4th and Pearl in downtown La Crosse WI. Single glass door that immediately sends you up 28 steps. The door is generally papered with show posters. Hard to miss, directly across from Jules Coffee House.
-
Yes all of the street parking in the surrounding blocks is free, but it is 2 hour parking before 4pm. If you park after 4pm you're in the clear until about 2a.m. The immediate area of the Warehouse might be filled with band vans and trailers and tour buses etc, but aside from the free street parking there is a public parking ramp one block away at the corner of Jay & 4th Sts that is free for the first 3 hours, and at night after 6pm. So if you arrive at 3:05pm and want to explore La Crosse before the show, you can park there and not be ticketed. If you arrive earlier there is a pay system for the ramp, and its pretty cheap by current standards.
-
Yes we do. We keep items for 3 weeks and then dispose of them through paying it forward, recycling other ways, or sadly, trashing them. If you lost something please contact booking@warehouserocks.com
-
Yes it is, but only for non-performance usage. This can and has included music video shoots, senior portraits, charity events, private meetings, birthday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, tour rehearsals, recording projects, movie shoots, etc. The upper two floors and the basement are available for a wide variety of non-performance uses.
